Self Love Meditation - With Bodyscan
This meditation is an extended version of the last self love meditation. Here I added a bodyscan so that before you go into the meditation. You first connect, relax and land even deeper into your body. Than you will go through a little journey with visualizations where you can invite healing, self-acceptance, and self love. And hopefully get reminded that the love you seek has always been within you.

And hopefully get reminded that the love you seek has always been within you.
Enjoy!
Inner Stillness Meditation
In this 22-minute practice, you are invited to slow down, relax, and reconnect with your body.
The second part of the practice is a more active form of mindfulness, inspired by the traditional yogic meditation Antar Mouna, which translates to Inner Stillness.
In the yogic tradition, we first cultivate one-pointed awareness (Dharana). From this steady focus, meditation (Dhyana) can naturally arise. This practice offers a gentle foundation for meditation by cultivating presence, focus, and self-awareness, while helping you getting to know your own mind and yourself better.
Bodyscan Meditation
This meditation is a perfect way to take a little moment for yourself.
In this practice, you’ll gently bring your awareness to different parts of your body. This helps quiet the mind, deepen the connection with your body, growing greater self awareness and helps reducing stress and anxiety. Enjoy!
Yoga Nidra Meditation
Yoga Nidra translates as “yogic sleep”. This meditation technique is rooted from ancient old yogic traditions. It will help you come in a deeper state of relaxation, it reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep, and it will help too deeply restore en rejuvenate you physically, mentally and emotionally.
Heart Space Meditation
The Heart Space Meditation is a tantric meditation. Here you can take the time to connect deeper with your body and your heart, and everything that resides within your heart. I will guide you through this inner journey, and sometimes there will be some quiet moments so you can really stay with yourself, your feelings and visualizations. For some people it is very easy to connect with their feelings and do this exercise, and for some it can be a bit harder and it might take some more time. Know that where ever you are, that is where you are, and it is good as it is. We all have our own way of growing, feeling and meditating. Enjoy :)
Conscious Breath Meditation
In this meditation you will bring your awareness to your breath. (as you might have guessed) The first part you will be guided into the meditation, and in the second part you can do the practise by yourself for 10 minutes. Know that if you just started to meditate it can be quite challenging to focus on your breath for 10 minutes, feel free to start with 5 minutes of conscious breathing. After the 10 minutes we will be ending the meditation together again. This meditation will help calming down your nervous system and in time it will improve your focus and concentration. Enjoy! :)
The Flower Meditation
to release emotions
This meditation will bring you in a very deep and relaxed state of being. From there you can do profound healing and innerwork. This technique is very effective for a relief in the emotion, feeling or believe you are working with- and is a beautiful introduction to hypnotherapy.
Short Deep Relaxation Meditation
If you don’t have much time, but would still like to take a small moment for yourself. Even doing a meditation for 10 minutes a day is already very beneficial for the health and relaxation of your body and your mind. I love to do this meditation at the start and/or at the end of the day. But you can do it anytime you feel like it or need it ofcourse!
